Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not been processed or shipped.

Once the order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Refunds are applicable only for:
Damaged or defective products upon delivery.
Wrong product delivered (different from the item ordered).
Non-availability of stock post-payment.

Once your refund request is approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Return & Replacement
If eligible, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund based on stock availability.
